Outdoor Adventure  The Outdoor Adventure elective will allow campers to strengthen their knowledge of the outdoors while preparing for the brand new Bogrim trips!!! This summer Kingswood will be participating in the Junior Maine Guide Program (JMG), a long-established wilderness camping skills program sponsored by the Maine Youth Camping Foundation and the Maine State Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. This is an outdoor skills program designed to foster enjoyable, safe and healthy outdoor living experiences for youth.

Arts Festival  This summer campers will have the opportunity to participate in the Jewish Arts Festival. The Jews Arts Festival is a way for camps to enhance and showcase the Jewish components of their camps. The Festival is a presentation of numbers by Jewish camps in the area. Campers will serve as the creative minds behind along with performing in the Kingswood number. Whether your interests are to be on stage or behind, we have a role for everyone!

Ropes education  In the Ropes Education elective, campers will spend two elective rotations developing their climbing skills. Campers will learn ropes safety, how to belay, repel and tie knots while continuing to practice their climbing skills in preparation for a one day outdoor climb in North Conway New Hampshire!!!  This exciting day trip will allow campers to put their skills to practice and try climbing outdoors in the rock climbing center of the Northeast!!!
